-A kind of emulsifier for feed, which can effectively promote the absorption of fat and the transformation of energy
Functional theory
The digestionand absorption of fat refers to the decomposition of lipase into fatty acid and glycerin in the condition of “aqueous fusion” in intestine. The fat in the raw material or the directly added grease will distribute in intestine in the form of big particles without being emulsified, which are not beneficial to digest and absorb; The adding of emulsifier – SuperEner will enable the fat to distribute in the form of chyle (very small particle) after being emulsified, which can improve the digestion and absorption of fatty substance so as to enhance the energy level of feed formula.
Non-ionic surface active agent can fast reduce the surface stress, transform the free water in the feed into “bound water”, connect with the water molecule in the feed in the form of chemical bond, form a “encirclement” boundary film around the water molecule in order to reduce the evaporation of water and enhance the water in the feed up to 0.2 -0.5%.

Use method, dosage and matters need attention
Firstly, it shall premix with other raw material, and gradually amplify and mix evenly, it is suggested to use the dosage in accordance with the table below (Unit: kg /t feed)

Remarks:
1. When the animal grease ratio in the combined grease is lower than 50%, it is suggested to use the minimal value; in contrast, when the ratio is high than 50%, it is suggested to use the maximal value.
2. It is suggested to take reference to adding volume in the feed grease and the energy level requirements, and add under the guidance of formulator.
