QC center

PhD. Hu Wenfeng is in charge of QC center. The center has special microorganism lab, physical analysis lab, balance room, precision instrument analysis lab, sampling room, and gas phase chromatograph, liquid phase chromatograph, bellows, tissue cultivation incubator, microscope, analysis balance, fume hood, reagent cabinet and other experimental equipment.

The companyemploys a batch of famous experts in the fields of food science, bio-tech and animal nutrition, focuses on the R & D in the fields of feed storage, microorganism, surface active agent and animal health products. It continues to innovate its technology and now has obtained 3 national invention patents. Its research staff accounts for 12% of total employees and its investment on research accounts of 6.9 of its revenue.


 

An introduction to PhD. Hu Wenfeng

PhD. Hu Wenfeng graduated from Biology Department of Wuhan University with a specialty in Microbiology, and obtained bachelor degree of science. In 2004, he obtained the doctorate degree of environmental engineering from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His research orientation is: Physiology & biochemistry of microorganism, fermentation engineering of microorganism, feed additives and the biological disposal of three wastes. He has been engaging in the teaching and research work on microbiology. PhD. Hu has lectured the courses of “Agricultural microbiology”, “Food microbiology”, “Fundamental of fermentation technology”, “Microbiology (bilingual)”and “Advancement of food microbiology” in undergraduate and graduate levels. His research work includes “Button mushroom industrial cultivation”, “Selection and fermentation of inosine bacteria types”, “In-depth research on the fermentation technology of cordyceps mycelium”, “development of slow release feed acidifier”, “Selection & cultivation and fermentation technology of feeding micro-ecological reagent bacteria types”, “Waster water disposal via up-flow anaerobic biological membrane reactor” and “Creation of available biological degradation plastics (PHA) via residual active sludge”. He has published quite several papers in international and domestic periodicals, which has been recorded by SCI, transferred several research achievements and created a certain amount of economic and social benefits. In recent years, he also participated to the compilation work of “Environmental microbiology”.


In 2015, he was employed by Chongqing WEISHI Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. serving as the Technical Director, he well utilized the new technology and new concept to enhance the development force on new products, optimize & upgrade the products, and provide better service to the clients.
